The headline acts include solo performances by the hugely popular rapper “My Girl” Mario and Ji Su Lee, the 23-year-old musical genius who has been featured prominently in regional and international music TV, song charts and Korean film soundtracks. Group acts include Korean Pop sensations T-Max, R&B queens Brown Eyed Girls and F.T. Island.

Seoul’d Out 2009 a complete cultural exchange that’s great for all ages and levels of interest and the audience can look forward to a carnival of all things Korean. Lee Min Ho's trip to Singapore on 10th October has been delayed.

Lee Minho will be in Singapore two weeks later, on 24th October for a 2D1N promotional trip. No further details were made available again but the new date will be ideal for those who couldn't find time earlier to chase him around Singapore and bad luck unfortunately for those who have already made plans earlier.

Lee Min Ho is coming to Singapore

Lee Min Ho is coming to Singapore in OCTOBER!

It was announced today that actor, Lee Minho will be dropping by Singapore this October and meet his fans.

He will be in Singapore to officiate at the opening ceremony for the second Etude House outlet (for which he models) at Ion Orchard. To celebrate the opening of the second outlet in Singapore in the short period of 3 months, the brand decided on having Lee Minho in Singapore to make the occasion an even joyous one.

Lee Minho will drop by Singapore for a 2D1N trip on 10th October, and it will be a pretty packed schedule, incorporating a fanmeeting. Details like places he will go to, number of people accompaying him, etc are not known yet.

He is not the first Boys Over Flowers star to visit Singapore as his fiance in the drama, Lee Min Jung had already dropped by in June, for the launch of the new Sony Ericsson mobile phones for the Asia Pacific region, for which she is the model for. Fans in Singapore are advised to frequent Etude House at Plaza Singapura or look out for promotions in newspapers/magazines for the latest on Lee Minho's trip here.

LEE MIN HO FAN MEETING SCAM ALERT


Lee Minho's huge popularity in Thailand is undeniable especially after Boys Over Flowers and him flying over to Bangkok to film a commercial in April. But there will be some who would try to cash in on his popularity through illegal means and that's exactly what happened to Lee Minho recently.


It was revealed on a Thai website that a Lee Minho fanmeeting in Bangkok, will be taking place on 24th October, at a venue which would house 2,000 fans. It caused confusion among fans when ticket prices were jacked up from the original price of 200,000 KRW to 800,000 KRW (640 USD), with accomodation and food provided. The website also indicated that Lee Minho would be singing 2 songs, playing games with 2 - 3 lucky fans and a showing of Lee Minho's past movies/dramas.

'Ga Eul' takes part in BOF Japanese promotions!

As the fans of the hit drama Boys Over Flowers already know, a Story of Four Flowers will be released on September 5th. On the same day, they will be having promotions for the release in Japan. This will be the second Japanese promotion for the drama and it's about time Kim So Eun gets to take part and make an appearance.

The promotions will go on for two days, September 5th and 6th at the Yokohama National University Hall. Artists such as T-Max, Howl, Im Ju Hwan, and of course SS501 are expected to perform on stage. Not only will Kim So Eun get to make an appearance this time, but it has been reported that she will be making a stage performance as well. Lee Min Ho is also expected to show up on the 5th while Kim Bum and Goo Hye Sun will join the rest of the cast on the 6th.

The sales for the photobook seems like its going well in Japan, it is noted as number one for preorder lately. The scene will definitely be overwhelming at the promotions!

Story of Four Flowers Photobook to be released on 5th Sep 2009

The photo book which is titled Story of Four Flowers (SOFF), captures the F4 members of Lee Min Ho, Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Bum and Kim Joon at their charming best, with pre-orders beginning on 17th August. Even though the publisher are only taking in pre-orders at the moment for the 168 pages photo book, the response have been very encouraging. It was revealed that fans who buy the photo book will be able to see the F4 members, together with the natural beautiful scenery of Korea as the backdrop, showcasing a different charisma from their drama characters. There will also be a DVD included which contains private movie clips.

Kim Bum is the Best Pretty Boy in F4 - Kim Hyun Joong


On a recent broadcast of MBC Good Day, SS501 leader and Boys Over Flowers star Kim Hyun Joong picked Kim Bum as his choice for "Best Pretty Boy in F4."

He explains, "Pretty boy refers to one who has more of a feminine side than a masculine side. I can’t say that I am one." He then jokingly adds, "I'm a pretty boy all the time when I put on makeup.”

BOF Promotion in Guangzhou, China

South Korean actors Lee Min-Ho (right on the first photo) and Kim Jun hit the Chinese city of Guangzhou on July 4 to promote the TV serials "Boys over Flowers".

Lee Min-ho said Chow Yun-Fat and Zhang Ziyi are the Chinese stars who he most wants to collaborate with.

The teen romance will be aired on the Star TV (Xingkong Weishi) since July 8.

Good news for Yi Jung + Ga Eul supporters!

The crazy Korean netizens are at it again and this time they have a pleasant surprise for everyone who have been supporting the Kim Bum and Kim So Eun couple. "Soeul Mates" comes from the names of the characters So Yi Jung (Kim Bum) and Chu Ga Eul (Kim So Eun) in the popular KBS2TV drama Boys Over Flowers.

So what did netizens find that might lead to the speculation of the two dating?

Netizens have found that the two are wearing the same ring, also known as the oh-so-popular couple ring. But a misconception is the fact that So Eun wears her ring on her index finger while Kim Bum’s is on his ring finger. Not only that but they both wear it on different hands, too. According to the T-Max group members, Kim Joon has changed ever since he played Song Woo Bin in the drama Boys Over Flowers. Leader Shin Min Chul revealed "Ever since Kim Joon became an F4 member, he has changed a lot. I can reveal it now. Before he started acting, he would always ask me (the leader) everything, but now he does not give in and is much more confident. He also says "Don't worry. I'm F4." rather comfortably."
